We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for all purchases at the time of purchase.

Just choose which method you prefer and complete the information required in the check-out. 

We offer Klarna payments as well - for Swedish customers only at the moment, and we are looking into integrating Klarna for more countries available.

It could be one or more of the following reasons:

Your card may not be authorized for online purchases.Your card balance does not meet the total cost of the purchase.The information entered may not be correct.Your card may have a spending limit that is exceeded by the cost of the purchase. The check out system is functioning incorrectly and may need to refresh.

We will try to do our best in order to fulfill your request. However, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped. Remember you still have 14 days after delivery to return it.

Shipment and Delivery

You will be notified via e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will also get a tracking number that you can use to monitor your package on the carrier’s Track & Trace service or on our tracking page.

Delivery time in Europe may varies from 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination and the type of shipping you select.

Delivery time for countries outside of Europe is normally from 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination.

Please note to destinations outside EU, where customs procedures can be applied: we cannot guarantee these timeframes. Please keep in mind that additional costs might occur for orders outside the EU.

For orders greater than £40 (or similar amount in other currencies) we provide free shipping. For orders less than £40 the standard shipping cost is £8 for EU countries and £12 for countries outside of EU.

Orders can be shipped to any country worldwide.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, credit or exchange. Please read the information below carefully to learn more about our return, refund, and replacement policies.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Step 1) To return an item, please email customer service at contactus@iamrunbox.com to get a confirmation.    

Step 2) After receiving our confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase and mail your return in the warehouse address (to be provided by our customer support).

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange.  Please allow at least two weeks to process returns from the receipt of your items. We will inform separately if your return take more than 2 weeks, as return also subject to goods availability and also your location. 

REPLACEMENT

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at contactus@iamrunbox.com

Please send photos of the defects you find in the product with an explanation how/why it got damaged.  It will help us to verify your request quickly.

After we confirm your claim, we will arrange refund or exchange shortly.

EXCEPTIONS

The RunMask is the only product for which we have a no return policy due to health and safety reasons.

Fix or Rent a Backpack

Yes. If you live in Sweden you can rent out our Backpack Pro 2.0 for testing and making a well-informed buying decision.
