Do I need to have an account on the website to make a purchase?
No, you do not need an account to shop with us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal for all purchases at the time of purchase. Just choose which method you prefer and complete the information required in the check-out.
We offer Klarna payments as well - for Swedish customers only at the moment, and we are looking into integrating Klarna for more countries available.
I am having trouble paying online. What could be the problem?
It could be one or more of the following reasons:
- Your card may not be authorized for online purchases.
- Your card balance does not meet the total cost of the purchase.
- The information entered may not be correct.
- Your card may have a spending limit that is exceeded by the cost of the purchase.
- The check out system is functioning incorrectly and may need to refresh.
Can I change my order?
If you want to change your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible: email@example.com. We will try to do our best in order to fulfill your request.
However, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped. Remember you still have 14 days after delivery to return it.

How can I track my package?
You will be notified via e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will also get a tracking number that you can use to monitor your package:
- On the carrier’s Track & Trace service
- On our tracking page
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery time in Europe may varies from 3 to 7 business days, depending on destination and the type of shipping you select. Delivery time for countries outside of Europe is normally from 7 to 14 business days depending on the destination.
Please note to destinations outside EU, where customs procedures can be applied: we cannot guarantee these timeframes. Please keep in mind that additional costs might occur for orders outside the EU.

How much do I have to pay for shipping?
For orders greater than £50 (or similar amount in other currencies) we provide free shipping. For orders less than £50 the standard shipping cost is £8 for EU countries and £12 for countries outside of EU.
Please note that orders shipped to the UK valued at £135 are subject to normal VAT. IAMRUNBOX will cover VAT costs on orders under £135. Any orders of higher value will be the recipient's responsibility.
Please note that customers who decline to pay customs and duties will need to pay for handling which will be deducted from the final refund. this cost amounts to 45€

Exchange and Return
What if I want to return or exchange any IAMRUNBOX products?
If for some reason you want to return or exchange goods purchased on iamrunbox.com please contact our Customer Service at email@example.com
Remember that all returned or exchanged goods should be packed in their original packaging in unused condition. You will have the right to return or exchange goods for a full refund within 14 days after the delivery date. And we give a 30 days money back guarantee for all products bought on IAMRUNBOX’s website, provided that items are unused/undamaged and have their original packaging.
If you decide to return or exchange the product without it being damaged you need to cover the shipping expenses. As soon as we receive your package, we will exchange it or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. We do not take responsibility for any product lost during the return shipping.
We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you chose for your initial purchase. We will refund you the purchase price already paid by you and the delivery costs of your initial purchase, but not the return costs. The refund is made within 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned items.
Fix or rent a backpack
Can I rent a backpack before buying it?
Yes. If you live in Sweden you can rent out our Backpack Pro 2.0 for testing and making a well-informed buying decision. This initiative is a part of our Sustainability program. Learn more here!
Can you fix my backpack in case it got damaged?
Yes. Once in a year, we run the #RenewWeek, when we give all customers a chance to renew their backpacks. The #RenewWeek is a part of our Sustainability program. Learn more here!
