In a world where we are under constant pressure, and where time has become a priceless commodity, establishing a fitness and exercise routine can be challenging at best. As a solution, increasing numbers of people around the world have discovered that the time spent traveling between their homes and offices every day is a perfect opportunity to train. This trend is on the rise, especially in European cities, where more and more people are ditching traffic jams and crammed public transport and opting for an active commute to their workplace.
”We’ve observed that starting an active commuting routine, like running or cycling to work, can be quite a transformational experience. These commuters are happier, healthier and stronger, and perform better at work. However, for anyone to keep up a routine, it has to be easy. If it presents too many hurdles in your daily life, then you most likely will give it up. That’s why we have developed backpacks and carriers specifically designed to hold your laptop securely in place and keep your work attire wrinkle free while you are on the go, for a flawless commuting experience”, explains Kirill Noskov, Founder and CEO of IAMRUNBOX.
Active Life Solutions’ commitment to introducing the best health and wellness products from around the world to American consumers, led to the discovery of the Swedish lifestyle brand IAMRUNBOX. Stockholm, 22 February 2016: IAMRUNBOX is the new global active lifestyle brand that combines Scandinavian design and Swedish innovation to provide a light backpack and carriers for active commuters. It has already sold more than a thousand units and after a successful campaign on Kickstarter, where the company raised €25,000 from backers, IAMRUNBOX is currently engaged in an equity crowdfunding campaign on FundedByMe. More than 70 investors have already jumped onboard to raise more than 136% of this campaign’s €100,000 goal and the campaign is currently overfunding until it closes for investments on 10 March 2017
Following it’s European success, IAMRUNBOX now has its sights set on growth in Asia where the sustainability and health focus is growing. IAMRUNBOX will start operations in Singapore in March 2017 and aims to be revenue neutral within the next year as the number of people running or cycling to work, globally, continue to show dramatic growth. “FundedByMe’s network of Asian investors has already proven to be very helpful in the growth of the IAMRUNBOX brand,” says FundedByMe CEO and co-founder, Daniel Daboczy. “Choon Seng Tan, one of the Singaporean investors into FundedByMe, has opted to join the IAMRUNBOX advisory board and guide the brand into their Asian expansion,” Daboczy continues.
IAMRUNBOX is the brainchild of Latvian-born Kirill Noskov. With degrees in economics and management Noskov started his career in a multi-national corporation, where he worked in 4 countries on various leadership positions for 15 years before diving into IAMRUNBOX fulltime in September 2016. Noskov believes in simplicity, social innovation and creating a sustainable future as he is a run-commuter, triathlete and active lifestyle ambassador himself. “The concept of a light, completely user-friendly – and beautiful – backpack for others like me who opt to get to work the healthy way, was a no-brainer and it seems that the crowd is in agreement, based on increasing orders and high customer demand we believe the market potential is great,” says Noskov. “With the help of our more-than 10,000 online fans, the growth of IAMRUNBOX has been a joy to watch,” Noskov continues.
The IAMRUNBOX campaign is set to close on 10 March 2017. You can view the campaign here: https://www.fundedbyme.com/iamrunbox

Garment Carrier - a lifestyle choice
In attempt to keep up appearances and arrive at work in crease-free clothing, busy 30-mile a week run commuter Kirill Noskov converted his MacBook carton into a solution for carrying clothes to work – but it didn’t quite cut it. Six months later IAMRUNBOX© Shirt & Garment Carrier was born, weighing in at 425g, with just the right amount of space to keep clothes in pristine condition ready for a day at work.
Fitting in training around busy work and family schedules is a challenge for many working endurance athletes. According to a survey from The European Commission published in December 20131 one in 10 Europeans (11 per cent) are seated for eight and a half hours a day, with 42 per cent saying they are not able to fit in training due to lack of time. But for those with a passion for running, cycling, triathlon, or just working out, ‘dead’ time between home and work is an opportunity to train and therefore a seamless transition into a clean, pressed work outfit is a must.
Stylish, sporty professionals set high standards in all areas of their life. Making the most of every hour of every day means slick time and lifestyle management is essential. IAMRUNBOX©, a carrier that is spacious enough to hold any trouser/shirt or skirt/shirt combination and accessories helps modern working life run smoothly. This simple, cool, Swedish design, features two sturdy zips, a neat handle on the top for easy carrying, and a sophisticated black and orange colourway.
Now Kirill has turned his hobby into a full-time business, and after a 15-year corporate career, he left his position in product management to lead IAMRUNBOX©. Since its launch in January 2015, IAMRUNBOX© carriers have been sold to consumers in 29 countries, with the largest volume of sales in the UK. With £100,000 secured from business angels, Kirill and his team are driving the demand for efficiency in urban mobility, with many more innovative and ergonomic products in the pipeline.http://ec.europa.eu/public_opinion/archives/ebs/ebs_412_en.pdf
