How much do I have to pay for shipping?

For orders greater than £40 (or similar amount in other currencies) we provide free shipping. For orders less than £40 the standard shipping cost is £8 for EU countries and £12 for countries outside of EU.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard delivery takes up to 7 days for EU and up to 14 days worldwide. Please use the tracking number provided to monitor the shipping status.

Which country do you deliver to?

Orders can be shipped to any country worldwide.

How can I track my package?

You can check the order status in your IAMRUNBOX account. We will also send you an email about the shipping information once your order has shipped. After shipping, you can track your package on the shipping company website.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change the shipping address in your IAMRUNBOX account. If you have already made an order, please contact us via “Contacts” form as soon as possible.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do I need an account with you?

No, you do not need an account to shop with us. However, creating an account will allow you to order without having to fill in your details every time you shop with us. You will also be able to view your order history and track your current orders.

How do I clean IAMRUNBOX products?

You shall not machine wash or dry clean IAMRUNBOX products. Please hand wash it with lukewarm water and a soft brush.

What if I want to return any of IAMRUNBOX products?

For all of our products bought at IAMRUNBOX website we give 30 days money back guarantee, provided that items are unused/undamaged and have their original packaging. We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you chose for your initial purchase. We will refund you the purchase price already paid by you and the delivery costs of your initial purchase, but not the return costs. The refund is made within max. 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned items.
